About this opportunity

This Special Notice was published by the Department of the Navy Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center to solicit feedback on a draft request for proposal for the Support Equipment Department Consolidated Contractor Support Services multiple award contract. The notice provides interested parties the opportunity to submit questions and comments on the draft RFP by November 2, 2020 to help develop requirements for the final RFP, which is expected at an unspecified future date.

The objective is to award multiple IDIQ contracts for labor, travel, materials, and equipment-related services to support program management, engineering, logistics, and test and evaluation work. Eligible small business contractors are invited to submit questions on the draft RFP by the November 2 deadline to help refine the final RFP, though no proposals will be accepted or evaluated in response to the draft. The total maximum value of task orders awarded over the potential seven-year ordering period is estimated at $350 million. Task orders will be competed among contract holders on a fair opportunity basis and may be set aside for small businesses when conditions are met.
