About this opportunity
This Request for Information is issued by the Naval Air Systems Command Naval Air Warfare Center to conduct market research for the inspection, evaluation, repair, upgrade, training, and sustainment of over 100 pieces of Original Equipment Manufacturer test stands and equipment manufactured by Testek, Avtron, and AAI/ACL Technologies. This equipment, listed in Appendix A, is used by Fleet Readiness Centers for depot level maintenance of aircraft, engines, and components in support of Commander Fleet Readiness Center. Interested parties should provide literature demonstrating capability to meet the Navy's requirements by October 26, 2020 to the identified contracting officer.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. The relevant NAICS code is 334511 and PSC code is J019. Testek Solutions is likely the current or potential incumbent as they now own Avtron and hold exclusive licenses for AAI/ACL Technologies equipment. As this is a Request for Information, no award values or budgets are specified. However, given the scope and quantity of equipment listed, any resulting contract would likely be a multiple year, high dollar value agreement to support the sustainment needs of the Fleet Readiness Centers.
