About this opportunity

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) has published a Special Notice regarding a Service Craft and Boat (SCB) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Industry Day. This notice announces a virtual informational event scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 1100 Eastern Standard Time via Microsoft Teams. The event is designed to provide interested industry participants with preliminary, high-level information about the Government's planning activities for a contemplated Multi-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The special notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 and explicitly does not constitute a solicitation or commit the Government to any contractual actions. The Government will not accept live questions during the session; instead, respondents must submit written questions using the standardized Industry-Questionnaire template provided as an attachment, with questions not using this template subject to return without action. All information shared during the Industry Day is pre-decisional and subject to change, and will be superseded by the formal solicitation once released.
