The final deadline for quotation submission is April 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time, with all questions due by April 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST; quotes must be submitted via email to paytonne.szatkowski@us.af.mil and brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil.

This procurement is set-aside 100 percent for small business concerns under NAICS code 333912 (Air and Gas Compressor Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. There is no incumbent contractor, as this is a new requirement in the solicitation phase. The government has not disclosed a specific budget range or award value. All work must be completed and delivered to Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee, no later than three months after receipt of order, with all costs inclusive of delivery, travel, and administrative support. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission and must comply with Buy American Act requirements per FAR 52.225-1.
