About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Special Operations Command is seeking a contractor to install, set up, program, and provide training for a new Security Access Control System at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and other items to complete the work. Offers will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, and the Quote Due Date is August 16, 2024. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.

This procurement is set aside for Small Businesses. The scope of work includes replacing 17 door locks and 27 card readers, with the contractor responsible for site assessment, equipment procurement, installation, programming, testing, and one year of on-site support following completion. The period of performance is 90 Days After Receipt of Order, and the work must be performed Monday through Friday, 0730 to 1630, except for federal holidays, at Hurlburt Field, Florida.

Hurlburt Field Air Force Base has a requirement for an Security Access Control System Replacement Installation, Setup, Programming, and Training. The contractor will provide all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and other items required to install, test, and train the customer on the Security Access Control System. Please see the attached statement of work  instructions for additional details.
