All evaluation factors other than cost, when combined, are approximately equal in importance to price. Contractors may partner with local subcontractors holding required Massachusetts licenses and certifications.

The Government anticipates awarding one Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order with Time & Materials line items. Period of performance runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with two optional one-year renewal periods.
