It provides question responses, a revised Performance Work Statement (Detroit General Waste PWS Final REVISED 102626), and a revised Price Cost Schedule (0001) that must be used for quote submission. Appendix C, Appendix D Part 1, and a WD Compliance Memorandum are not posted and will be provided to the awardee. The listed place of performance is the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Ave, 12th Floor, Detroit, MI 48226. Services are performed at the medical center campus and at Fisher House #99. Scope covers non-hazardous general waste, cardboard, construction/bulk debris, and scrap metal. Emergency response requires 24/7 coverage with one-hour contact and two-hour work commencement. Pricing is in pounds using certified net weight. Under recycling revenue sharing, the government retains 60 percent of verified net commodity revenue and the contractor retains 40 percent, with formulas to follow by amendment.
