Robins Air Force Base (RAFB) is seeking a Roofing Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for design-build of roofing repair and replacement projects specific to RAFB. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set-aside for Section 8(a) firms in Region IV (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee). The Associated NAICS codes 238160 and the size standard is $15 Million. In accordance with FAR 4.1102 and DFARS 252-204-7004, Alternate A, System for Award Management (SAM), the contractor must be registered in SAM prior to ward. Offeror may obtain information on registration at https://www.sam.gov. Additionally, prime contractors must be U.S. owned entities.
The Air Force intends to award on contract for this effort. The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, labor and general conditions to accomplish the work required for each individual Task Order.
Contract Period of Performance (PoP): five (5) each, one (1) year ordering periods.
The estimated magnitude of the entire Roofing IDIQ is NTE $95 Million maximum. The value of individual Task Orders typically range from $100,000 to $2,000,000; however, this range may fluctuate more or less.
NOTES:
1. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may, however, download and print the file from the website http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
2. There is no fee for this solicitation.
3. Please pay particular attention to Sections L & M of the RFP. This acquisition will be utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedure.
4. Contractors shall be capable of securing bid bonding in the amount of $3.8 Million. Additionally, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required up to the full amount of individual Task Orders.
5. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors.
