ANTICIPATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE START DATE: August 31, 2026

ANTICIPATED ACQUISITION STRATEGY: The Rota roofing mission will be executed in three delivery phases, each tied to a fixed need by date. Materials shall be delivered and ready for use no later than the dates below, with quantities for each phase detailed in the attached schedule.

  • Phase 1: Materials delivered and ready for use no later than August 31, 2026
  • Phase 2: Materials delivered and ready for use no later than September 7, 2026
