About this opportunity
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking qualified sources for an up to 6-month lease of 81 multifunctional devices (MFDs) for deployment in Bahrain through a Request for Information (RFI). The procurement includes full-service maintenance support, installation and removal of equipment, consumable supplies (excluding paper), operator training, network functionality, and network security services. Prospective contractors must demonstrate capability to deploy equipment that is fully compatible with the Outside Continental United States Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET) and pre-tested on the Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM) prior to delivery. Interested sources must submit business registration information including their SAM Unique Entity ID Number, CAGE Code, JCCS Number, and point of contact details by January 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time. Contractors must be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) to be eligible, as Bahrain falls within the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility. Primary contact for inquiries is Contract Specialist Angie Graff at 717-770-7436 or angeline.graff@dla.mil.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and does not identify any incumbent contractors or current contract values. The period of performance spans from March 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026, structured as a 4-month base period with two optional one-month extensions. The RFI represents an early market research phase to identify capable vendors before the formal solicitation is issued. No specific budget range has been disclosed at this stage, and no evaluation criteria beyond technical capability and network compatibility have been announced. Given the 81-unit quantity and 6-month duration with comprehensive support requirements, interested vendors should prepare detailed capability statements and ensure their equipment meets the stringent OCONUS networking standards outlined in the RFI.
