Contractors must provide a 20% bid guarantee and comply with DFARS cybersecurity requirements, including valid NIST 800-171 self-assessment scores. The solicitation deadline is September 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST, with questions accepted until August 22, 2025.
This opportunity is designated as a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside with 100% small business participation under NAICS code 237310. The performance period spans 30 days from September 15, 2025 to October 17, 2025, following a 14-day notice to proceed after contract award. Work will be performed at Grissom Air Reserve Base in Indiana, with contractors required to obtain base access through the Defense Biometric Identification System and comply with airfield security protocols. The government has noted that funds are not currently available for this effort, reserving the right to cancel the solicitation without obligation to reimburse offerors for any costs incurred.
