All work must comply with OSHA and EPA standards.
Estimated contract value ranges from $25,000 to $100,000. NAICS code 238220 applies with a small business size standard of $19 million. A mandatory organized site visit is scheduled for May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM PDT; base access forms were due April 29.
