The Government intends to award up to two IDIQ contracts, though a single award may be made based on evaluation results, with a contract minimum order value of $5,000 and maximum of $2,000,000. The contract structure includes a one-year base period with two optional one-year renewal periods, covering an estimated 123,248 English-language calls and 76,702 foreign-language calls annually across participating posts, though volumes may fluctuate significantly during emergencies. Task orders will be issued under the awarded IDIQ contract(s) based on individual mission requirements, with pricing established at the IDIQ award level and no further price competition at the task-order level. Services will be performed in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with the primary contract administrator designated as Patticha Gruenbeck and the Contracting Officer as Travis C. Keon.
