Contractor repairs up to $1,000 per equipment occurrence are contractor-funded; repairs exceeding $1,000 are Government-reimbursed upon contract modification. The Recycling Center must operate minimum four hours, two days weekly on COR-approved schedule, closed on federal holidays.

The contract is Firm Fixed Price (FOB Destination) with a Base Year (October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027) and four Option Years.
