The contract requires initial training for up to 15 VA employees on Brady Link360 software and procedure creation, annual training for up to 90 employees (minimum two-hour instructor-led sessions across four sessions), annual competency certification observations, and annual audits. Work is coordinated with the Contracting Officer with 72 hours' notice; standard hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, with utility shutdowns requiring 14 working days' advance written notice.
