Update #6 · Latest ·

The purpose of this Amendment is to post the answer to one final clarification question: "Can you confirm the number of copies to be submitted? The SF33 states an original and 2 copies, but on Page 56, Section L it indicates an original and 3 copies. Please clarify." The Government's minimum requirement is an original and 2 copies, as stated on the SF33. Although there is this discrepancy, in accordance with FAR Clause 52.214-29, Order of Precedence - Sealed Bidding, the Schedule (which includes the SF33) takes precedence over other instructions (Section L).

Update #5 ·

The purpose of this amendment is to post a revised "Questions & Answers" documented associated with the subject solicitation.  The only revision was to add Questions and Answers #44-56.

All other terms and conditions remained unchanged.

Update #4 ·

The purpose of this amendment is to:
1 - Disseminate the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Visit Presentation Slides and Registration Sign-in Sheet;
2 - Post "Questions & Answers" associated with the subject solicitation (as well as the previous contract's bid abstract
in response to Question #10);
3 - Revise Exhibit B to reflect the correct acreage for Maintenance Level III mowing and square yardage for Mulch Plant
Beds, as there was an inconsistency between Exhibit B and the maps in Exhibit F. Exhibit B has been updated and is
attached to this amendment. Exhibit F remains unchanged.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Update #3 ·

The purpose of this amendment is to correct several minor clerical items

1 - Block 5 of the SF33 - Solicitation, which was issued on 6/27/2017, was left blank. Block 5 now shows 6/27/2017.

2 - Block 9 of the SF33 - Bid Depository Location has been updated to 1 Langley Blvd. (NASA LaRC Badge & Pass Office) Hampton, VA.

*NOTE* The Bid Opening will also take place at this address.
**NOTE** This is not the Langley Air Force Base gate. If you input "1 Langley Blvd. Hampton, VA" into Google Maps, it will take you to the correct address.

3 - Attachment 3 - Bid Delivery Map is hereby canceled, and shall not be used for hand-delivered bids.

*NOTE* All bids that are mailed in shall still be addressed to address listed in Block 8 of the SF33. Only hand-delivered bids shall be delivered to the address in Block 9.

4 - Paragraph 3 of the Solicitation Cover Sheet and Clause L.7 of Sections B-M listed the incorrect address for the location of the Pre-Bid Conference. The correct address for the Pre-Bid Conference which will be held on July 11, 2017, as now shown in these documents, is NASA Langley Research Center, Building 2102, 10 West Taylor Street, Room 108, Hampton, VA.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Also, be sure to acknowledge this amendment in your bid.
