About this opportunity
The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking competitive proposals for systems engineering and evaluation, Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SUAS) Reusable Architecture (SRA) cybersecurity, technical management support, and SRA life cycle support services for new and existing SUAS platforms. This Request for Offer (RFO N0042126R1006) will be evaluated using a streamlined two-step process under FAR 16.507-2, where technical proposals are ranked comparatively on Key Personnel qualifications and Sample Task responses, with cost/price evaluation applied only to the Highest Technically Ranked Offer for realism and reasonableness analysis. The Government will not conduct discussions or establish a competitive range. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) portal by 01 April 2026, with contractor questions required to be submitted by 10:00 AM ET on the 7th calendar day after RFO issuance.
