Evaluation weighs price (fair and reasonable), technical compliance (meeting Attachment 1 requirements), and past performance (reviewed via internal databases). The offer acceptance period is 60 calendar days from receipt. Quoters must submit pricing via Excel spreadsheet, state discount percentage to the vendor's catalog price, and provide technical documentation (vendor catalogs or specification sheets in PDF format). Ordering authority is Ana Maria Izquierdo Arjona (anamaria.izquierdoarjona.ln@us.navy.mil; 956-82-2032).
