The Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C26025Q0348 calls for a firm fixed-price contract to provide and install a new fire alarm system component with programmable switches, LCD displays, and campus-wide status capabilities. Potential contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with the NAICS code 561621 and demonstrate technical capability to meet the project's specific requirements. The evaluation will be conducted using a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) approach, with consideration given to past performance. The contract is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with a small business size standard of $25 million under the NAICS code for Security Systems Services. The installation will occur at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471, specifically in Building 1, Room C103. The contract period of performance is scheduled from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, spanning a total of 12 months. The project involves installing new conduit and wiring, programming the fire alarm annunciator, and developing comprehensive as-built drawings for the new system. While no specific award value is explicitly stated, the contract will result in a single award to the most qualified SDVOSB that meets the technical and pricing requirements of the solicitation.
