A mandatory site visit was scheduled for June 18, 2025, at 0930 AM HST to allow potential contractors to assess the physical layout and logistical challenges. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time on June 27, 2025, with the solicitation following standard procurement evaluation criteria for this type of moving service.

All work must be performed at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, with contractors required to follow specific security protocols and direct routing between the hangar facilities.
