About this file

The document is a Site Visit Access instruction sheet for a federal contract opportunity related to moving furniture at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH). The file provides critical details for site visit attendees, mandating completion of a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) enrollment prior to accessing the site. Attendees must bring specific documentation including a valid ID, Social Security Card or W-2, and a DBIDS Confirmation QR Code, and are required to meet at the front gate pass house at 0845 hours.

The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation M0031825Q0033) involves relocating government-furnished furniture from second-deck bayside offices in Hangar 104 to second-deck street-side offices in Hangar 105. The total movement distance is approximately 500 feet, involving one flight of stairs and potential use of a moving truck. The relocation requires transporting furniture first 100 feet to an open bay area, then driving or dollying 500 feet to Hangar 105, and finally moving the furniture to the designated office areas. The solicitation is issued by the United States Marine Corps and specifically outlines the precise movement logistics and requirements for the furniture relocation project.
