The Special Notice from the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Drum announces intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price base contract plus four option years to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. for preventative maintenance and inspection of the proprietary Monaco D21 emergency management software and hardware system currently used by Fort Drum's Emergency Communication Center.
The contract is for preventative maintenance and inspection services for the Monaco D21 emergency management system at Fort Drum, New York, with a potential total value over the base year and four option years. Interested parties can submit a statement of capabilities by December 14, 2023 to the identified contracting officers, however award is planned for no later than February 2024 using Fiscal Year 2024 funds and the Special Notice does not constitute a competitive solicitation as market research found no other qualified vendors due to the exclusive licensing arrangement and need for trained technicians on the proprietary system.
