About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Reserve Command seeks procurement, delivery, and installation of two mobile track storage systems to replace existing units in Buildings 407 and 413 at Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna, Ohio, with proposals due September 15, 2026. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 337215 with a 500-employee size standard.
The solicitation is structured as two line items on a firm fixed-price basis. AFE2 in Building 407 requires one 48-inch wide fixed end unit and four 48-inch wide mobile track units with 24-inch deep shelves (approximately 24 feet total length); AFE1 in Building 413 requires one 48-inch wide fixed end unit and three 48-inch wide mobile track units (approximately 20 feet total length). Both systems must achieve heights between 7 feet 6 inches minimum and 8 feet 6 inches maximum, with hinged door lockers featuring six adjustable shelves and interior units containing four to five adjustable shelves. Specifications reference the Datum 2Mobile 5Carriage System or comparable alternatives. The contractor must provide design and project management, complete disposal of existing 30+ year-old Spacesaver systems including hauling and dumpster costs, and deliver and install during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Delivery is required on or before January 29, 2027, FOB Contractor Destination to DoDAAC F5Q124 in Vienna, Ohio. The contractor may subcontract installation. Place of performance is Vienna Center, Ohio 44473, with ground-level entrance access and buildings approximately 100 feet apart. Questions and answers documents issued August 28 and September 2, 2026, clarify carriage configurations, shelf specifications, material preferences (metal steel end panels in sand color preferred over melamine), and deck requirements (non-slip vinyl or vinyl-covered decking acceptable). Offerors must maintain a current SAM record and submit UEI number and CAGE code with proposals. Award is targeted for September 30, 2026.
