About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement, delivery, and installation of a Mobile Equipment Storage System at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS) facility, dated August 27, 2026. The vendor must provide design and project management services, dispose of existing units including hauling and dumpster costs, and deliver and install the new mobile carriage system during normal business hours (Monday-Friday). The system specifications include two separate installations across two buildings: AFE1 in Building 413 requires one 48-inch wide fixed/stationary end unit and three 48-inch wide mobile track units with 24-inch deep shelves, totaling approximately 20 feet in length with a minimum 48-inch access aisle when fully opened; AFE2 in Building 407 requires one 48-inch wide fixed/stationary end unit and four 48-inch wide mobile track units with similar specifications, totaling approximately 24 feet in length. All units must meet height specifications of 7'6" minimum to 8'6" maximum, with hinged door lockers featuring six adjustable shelves and interior units containing four to five adjustable shelves. The vendor must supply hardware and components consistent with the Datum 2Mobile 5Carriage System or comparable alternatives. The customer (YARS) is responsible for providing a clean, prepared space for unloading and assembly prior to the installation date and ensuring facility readiness to prevent delivery and installation delays.
