This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Mobile Equipment Storage System project at Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS), dated July 31, 2026. The project objective is to procure, deliver, and install a mobile equipment storage system while dismantling and disposing of existing units. The vendor must provide design and project management services, complete disposal services including hauling and dumpster costs, and delivery and installation of the new system during normal business hours Monday through Friday.

The equipment deliverables comprise two separate installations: AFE1 in Building 413 and AFE2 in Building 407, utilizing the Datum 2Mobile 5Carriage System or comparable hardware. AFE1 includes 32 prepunch tops and 160 shelves, one adjustable track unit with one fixed carriage and three mechanical carriages, polyvinyl decking, steel ADA ramp, three hybrid open drive boxes, 16 closed "L" and 24 "T" uprights, various support components, flat rear panels, eight hinged doors with locks, trim and end stops, anti-tip brackets, label holders, and four hybrid melamine end panels. AFE2 in Building 407 requires similar components in larger quantities: 40 prepunch tops and 200 shelves, one adjustable track with one fixed and four mechanical carriages, plus increased quantities of uprights (20 "L" and 30 "T"), supports, panels, doors, and five melamine end panels. The customer must provide a clean, prepared space for unloading and assembly and ensure facility readiness prior to the installation date to prevent delays.
