Key contract requirements include providing complimentary Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment and support, dedicated onsite contractor representation, and meeting International Hospitality Association Three Star Rating criteria. The first event will support 150 participants from the 104th ASMC and 629th MI BN on January 10-11, 2025, while the second event will support 200 participants from 1-224th HHC and A 1-224th AVN on January 24-25, 2025. The venue must provide single and double occupancy rooms, meals within government per diem rates, childcare services for children ages 0-17, and dedicated spaces for community partners. Specific requirements include two buffet lines for breakfast and lunch, a restaurant open from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and free parking. The events will be located in the Baltimore metropolitan area, with all conference spaces to be in the same general area and not shared with outside guests to ensure security.
