About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force United States Air Forces in Europe - Air Forces Africa has issued a Special Notice for the Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). The KISS MAC is an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) acquisition program designed to address the 86th Civil Engineer Group's need for a full range of service requirements, including facility, real property, and real property installed equipment maintenance, grounds maintenance, custodial services, and housing maintenance in the Kaiserslautern Military Community.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested vendors about an upcoming Industry Week event from May 13-17, 2024. The event will provide an opportunity for the 700th Contracting Squadron and 86th Civil Engineer Group to communicate directly with vendors, outline future government requirements, and gain insight into industry capabilities. The government is seeking feedback on the Performance Work Statement, identifying any ambiguities, and understanding industry best practices and ideas for improvement. Vendors are encouraged but not required to attend the free event and must complete a registration form by April 24, 2024 to participate. The KISS MAC contract award is anticipated in August 2025.
