About this file

This document appears to be an Industry Briefing presentation related to a federal contract opportunity called the Kaiserslautern Installation Support Services (KISS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).

The KISS MAC is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will establish service domains to support the daily operations of the 86th Civil Engineer Group, including Facility Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Housing Maintenance in the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The contract will have an anticipated period of performance of 5-10 years, with an approximate award date of August 2025. The presentation outlines the team members, real property overview, program need, service domains, potential task order locations, and the master contract standards. It also includes industry engagement content on specific task areas like Husterhohe Facility Maintenance and Custodial Services.

The related federal contract opportunity is a Special Notice for an upcoming Industry Week event on May 13-17, 2024 to communicate directly with interested vendors, outline future requirements, and gain industry feedback on the draft Performance Work Statement. Vendors are encouraged to register to attend the Industry Week.
