In an effort to reduce paperwork and cost, all bids shall be submitted

electronically via the Solicitation Module of Procurement Integrated

Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite, as described below. Submissions shall

be in Adobe PDF format. Electronic Bid Submissions is required through the

Army's Electronic File Sharing Service in PIEE (https://piee.eb.mil/). The

Contractor mobilization shall not be permitted until the Seven Points Day Use area is closed for the season, 06 September 2022. Contractor shall be completed with all construction, clean-up, and demobilized from the day use premises prior to 31 March 2023. The Contractor will have to coordinate with Nashville Electric Service and Nashville Water Service as applicable. If the construction of the project is delayed and passes 31 March 2023, the Contactor shall be required to provide 3 portable toilets and at least one ADA approved portable toilet and close the comfort station until the final connections are made, or the Contractor can elect to pump the existing septic tank until the final connections are made to the proposed septic tank.
