The solicitation has been extended with responses now due August 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM CST, and questions must be submitted by August 20, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. The notice includes detailed technical specifications and answers to contractor questions about system operations and requirements.

The contract covers three 1000-ton chillers that typically operate 1-2 units simultaneously for approximately 1,467 hours monthly, along with multiple cooling towers requiring chemical treatment and monitoring. Key requirements include digital service reporting via email/PDF, accommodation of both dry and liquid chemical treatment options pending contractor verification, and capability to respond to water quality emergencies including potential Legionella events. Only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses are eligible to compete for this opportunity, which falls under NAICS code 325998 for miscellaneous chemical product manufacturing.
