Based on the market research results, the procurement will be solicited as a set‐aside for certified Small Businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capabilities to perform the proposed requirement. NAVFAC Mid‐Atlantic's Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the determination to solicit to all Small Business types.
The work includes to providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide demolition. The contractor shall be certified with the proper federal, state, and local Environmental Protection Agency credential to remove and transport hazardous materials. The contractor shall provide certification requirements to the Government at the pre-ward conference prior to the start of the work.
