The proposed contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, and incidental engineering for complete facility demolition. The demolition work includes reducing buildings to grade level, implementing proper sodding, and ensuring positive drainage, with each building/area considered a separate bid item.
