About this opportunity

The Federal Aviation Administration is soliciting proposals to replace the HVAC system at the Air Traffic Control Tower and base building at Wilmington International Airport in Wilmington, North Carolina. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and submit fixed-price proposals in accordance with Sections L and M of the solicitation by September 15, 2022. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price. A pre-proposal site visit was held on August 30, 2022, and questions must be submitted in writing by September 6, 2022.
