Both tree coolers are identical at 25 feet wide by 31 feet long and store frozen tree seedlings for the USFS reforestation program. Key personnel must include a certified HVAC technician and certified electrician. Contractors must prepare required permits, properly dispose of freon, and provide owner training and maintenance documentation. Deliverables include submittal sheets within ten business days after Notice to Proceed and maintenance plans and technical manuals following commissioning.
