This pre-solicitation notice seeks proposals to provide sustainment and engineering services for intercontinental ballistic missile ground subsystem systems through the ICBM Ground Subsystem Support Contract 2.0. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center will evaluate proposals based on technical, management, and cost factors, with technical being most important, to select a single contractor. Industry feedback on the draft request for proposal and attachments is due by October 16, 2018. The agency plans to hold an industry day on October 3-4, 2018 to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
The estimated value of the 18-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is $3.86 billion. No set-aside designation was used. The Government is making available a few time slots for One-on-One discussions on the afternoon of 29 January 2019. The purpose of these discussions is to provide background information to Industry on the reasons for the most recent changes to Sections L and M and answer any questions.

The Government welcomes feedback from Industry on these updated documents. Repsonses are due to POC's listed by COB Friday February 1, 2019.
NOTE: Some of the the PWS references in Section L and M will not be consistent with the PWS that was released with the Draft RFP on 25 September 2018. The PWS is still being updated and will be released with the Final RFP.

Attached are updates to many of the GSSC 2.0 Draft RFP Documents as a result of Industry responses to RFI #5. Please note that those documents from the original Draft RFP that are not attached with this posting have not been changed, but may be before release of final RFP.
Also attached is a briefing containing a summary of changes to the Draft RFP documents and clarifications as a result of questions recieved in RFI #5 responses.
