H-Clauses Explained Rate Adjustment Clause
Clause is used to adjust awardee’s rates at specific intervals throughout life of contract to maintain fair and reasonableness for both contractor and government
Also intended to evaluate annual government task order budget to determine if cost should be increased/decreased based on amount of work to be performed
