About this file
This document summarizes changes to the draft request for proposal for the ICBM Ground Subsystem Support Contract 2.0 opportunity. The Air Force is seeking proposals to provide ground support services for intercontinental ballistic missile systems over a five year period. Offerors must propose pricing for labor categories, materials, travel, and data rights under various cost-plus-award-fee contract line item numbers. Proposals are due by close of business on October 16, 2018. A bidder's library and CDRL packages for each task order will be provided with the final RFP, which is slated for release after industry feedback. Sections L and M of the draft RFP have been updated based on previous comments. The scope includes general sustainment of grounds subsystems as well as future modernization efforts.

Additional Clarification – Work Scope
PRE-DECISIONAL
Scope clarifications:
Modernization / future task orders not part of proposal evaluation;
any future acquisition programs will become future task orders For overlap of programs reference Basic paragraph 1.1
Basic 1.1 - "This effort also includes scope for compatibility with existing or future systems or programs. This may include, but is not limited to, studies and efforts related to MMIII to Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) transition."
Entire scope may not be performed but all effort is within scope GSSC 2.0 PWS contains new scope/requirements from 1.0; new scope/requirements will be part of 2.0 contract
The General Sustainment scope covers the entire Grounds Subsystem. Work performed on a task order for a specific Grounds Subsystem program will be separate from the General Sustainment scope. All other work related to that program is within scope of General Sustainment.
