About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Nuclear Weapons Center has published a Special Notice regarding the ICBM Development, Operations, and Sustainment (IDOS) program. This notice announces the availability of two draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs) for industry review and comment. The IDOS team intends to utilize the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract vehicle for this work. Going forward, all IDOS-related information will be posted on GSA eBuy and the Market Research as a Service (MRAS) platforms rather than traditional channels. This Special Notice is classified as an Engineering Services opportunity and represents a significant federal contracting initiative within the defense sector.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to solicit industry feedback on two draft FOPR packages before formal solicitation. The draft proposals are currently available for review on GSA eBuy under the OASIS+UR/60206 Category, with RFI1804401 designated for the PE Task Order and RFI1804351 for the SE&I Task Order. Interested parties with appropriate eBuy and OASIS+ access are encouraged to review the draft documents and provide substantive comments to inform the final solicitation. While no specific deadline for comments is explicitly stated in this notice, contractors should prioritize accessing these materials promptly through the designated GSA platforms. Eligibility to participate requires that contractors maintain active access credentials for both GSA eBuy and the OASIS+ contract vehicle system.
