Remove and replace three (3) 7.5-ton rooftop packaged units at Building 140 that contain R-22 refrigerant. These units must be replaced to meet the OSD mandate to phase out R-22 refrigerant by 2030 and because they are past their lifecycle expectancy and are predicted to fail soon, which would negate cooling for a large area of Building 140. The contractor shall install the new rooftop packaged units, maintain the roof warranty and lightning protection certification, and provide a way to lift the packaged units to and from the Building 140 rooftop.
