The BAS field controllers span multiple manufacturers: Distech, KMC, Siemens, Viconics, Rheem, ICC Inc., and ABB.
The base period runs September 30, 2026 through September 29, 2027, with four one-year option periods through September 29, 2031. Item 0001 covers firm-fixed-price preventative and routine maintenance for 12 months. Item 0002 covers corrective maintenance with a not-to-exceed ceiling of $5,000 per year.
