About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division for federal service contracts in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland (Wage Determination No. 2015-4281, Revision 37, effective 5/14/2026).
The document establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees across the Virginia counties of Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fauquier, Loudoun, Manassas Park, and Manassas; Prince William and Stafford; the District of Columbia; and the Maryland counties of Charles and Prince George's. The wage determination covers over 300 occupational classifications spanning administrative, automotive, food preparation, furniture maintenance, building support, health, information technology, instructional, laundry, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical, and transportation occupations. Hourly wage rates range from $15.47 to $60.66 depending on the classification and experience level. All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 to $9.89 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly), paid vacation starting at two weeks after one year of service with increases to four weeks after 15 years, a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually, and applicable differentials for night work and hazardous duty work. Uniform allowances are reimbursable where required. Contractors must classify unlisted employee positions through a conformance process submitted to the Wage and Hour Division within 30 days of contract award or when work is performed by unlisted classifications.
