About this opportunity

The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center intends to issue a request for proposal for the Hill Air Force Base Multiple Award Construction Contract IV to provide streamlined construction, design, remodeling, and related services for a period of six years and six months. Services will be procured for construction projects at Hill Air Force Base, the 75th Civil Engineer Group, and the Utah Air National Guard. A lowest price technically acceptable source selection approach will be used to award approximately eight indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts evaluated on past performance, technical capability, and price factors. Interested parties must submit any responses to draft solicitation documents, including feedback on the statement of work and attachments, by September 2, 2020.

The total small business set-aside procurement has an estimated total maximum value of $40 million. The anticipated NAICS code is 237990 and PSC code is S206. The incumbent contractors are currently performing under the MACC III contract. The solicitation is expected to include firm-fixed-price contract line items for a base year of construction services not exceeding $10 million per task order, as well as a post-award conference. The government aims to release the final request for proposals between June 8-14, 2020.

DESCRIPTION: Hill Air Force Base, AFSC OL:H/PZIEB intends to issue a RFP for the acquisition of the Multiple Award Construction Contract IV (MACC IV) construction services under solicitation number FA8201-20-R-0018.  The anticipated period of performance will be six (6) years and six (6) months.  The MACC IV contract is required for streamlined construction services for Hill AFB, 75 CEG/CE and the Utah Air National Guard (UTANG). Detailed information can be found in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and other Draft Solicitation attachments.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. Foreign participation is not permitted.
