I. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT
1.1 Site Visit: A Site Visit will be conducted at Hill AFB on Wednesday, December 16, 2020, meeting at:
Hill Aerospace Museum 7961 Wardleigh Road Hill AFB, UT 84056
The purpose of this site visit will be to tour of Seed Project – Repair/Upgrade building 2113.
1.2 All participants are required to assemble at *9:00 AM (MDT) in the Hill Aerospace Museum Parking Lot. Government transportation will be provided from that point during the site visit. All participants must wear a mask at times.
*Note: Depending on the number of interested vendors, the Government may hold two sessions for the site visit in order to accommodate everyone and keep safe distancing
1.3 The offeror shall submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed four (4) per offeror) to Contract Specialists Joseph Laing, joseph.laing@us.af.mil, and 1st Lt. Meredith Gunner, meredith.gunner@us.af.mil, and the Contracting Officer, Emily J. McCollaum, emily.mccollaum.2@us.af.mil, no later than 3:00 P.M. (MDT), Wednesday, December 9, 2020. The following information is required on each attendee:

This information must be provided in order to ensure access to the military base and adequate transportation for the attendees. All offerors are responsible for confirming receipt of e-mails to the Contracting Specialists and Contracting Officer listed above.
1.4 Offerors are requested to submit questions in regards to the site visit and solicitation to the point of contact noted below not later than 2:00 P.M. (MDT), Friday, October 30, 2020. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specification. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. Please send information by e-mail to:

1.5 A record of the site visit shall be made and furnished to all prospective bidders/offerors through posting on beta.SAM.gov. The record shall include minutes of meeting, including questions (on a non-attribution basis) and answers.
