The hazardous waste inventory consists of approximately 24 distinct waste streams and materials requiring disposal, including approximately 200 fire extinguishers, 3,000 feet of fluorescent tubes, 3 tons of mixed batteries, multiple 55-gallon drums containing oils, paint thinners, calcium chloride, gasoline/diesel mix, and other materials, five MAP gas cylinders, one damaged 600-gallon propane tank, and various unknown corrosive liquids and miscellaneous hazardous materials. The period of performance runs from February 2 through February 26, 2026, with pickup hours limited to 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The Service Contract Labor Standards apply with prevailing wage rates for Mariposa County, California, specifying a minimum of $25.20 per hour plus $5.55 per hour fringe benefits for truck driver positions. The place of performance is Yosemite National Park's maintenance warehouse in El Portal, California, located at 5083 Foresta Road, with hauling restrictions prohibiting vehicles over 45 feet due to ongoing rockslide repairs on highways serving the park.
