This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires provide the labor to test and diagnose malfunctions of all Fire Alarm Systems for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NAICS) Fort Wayn and Marion Campuses. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the solicitation.
The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 Alarm system monitoring services with a size standard of $25 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.
The closing date for receipt of offers will be Friday, February 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the Sam.gov website. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued.
