The performance period runs September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through August 31, 2031. The NAICS code is 811310 with a size standard of $12.5 million; the PSC code is J061. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM HST, though participation is discretionary and not considered in evaluation.

Pricing must be firm-fixed by contract line item number for monthly maintenance, emergency servicing, and as-needed repairs. Amendment 1, effective July 16, 2026, extended the response deadline from July 21 to August 10.
