Offers will be evaluated based on price with past performance weighted approximately equal in value to price, and vendors with poor past performance records, prior delivery failures, or inability to meet specifications may be deemed non-responsible. The solicitation is available on SAM.gov as of February 27, 2026, with quotes due by March 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, and an anticipated award date of March 20, 2026. The contract value will determine payment method: awards at or below $15,000 will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while awards exceeding $15,000 will be issued as purchase orders payable by electronic funds transfer. All deliveries must be palletized and maintained at temperatures between 34 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, with failure to meet strict delivery schedules or product specifications resulting in contract cancellation and potential removal from future awards.
