Place of performance is 501 East 5th Street, Building 405, Vancouver, WA 98661. The basis of design product is Paradiene 20 TG/30 CRFRTG Torchable Roof System by Siplast, Inc. Building 405 is a one-and-one-half story masonry structure constructed in 1983 with an approximate roof size of 11,765 square feet, currently occupied. A 2018 hazardous materials survey found no asbestos-containing materials in tested samples.
The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days of receiving notice to proceed and complete work within 120 calendar days. The estimated budget is $100,000 to $250,000 firm-fixed-price. For awards exceeding $150,000, both performance and payment bonds at 100 percent of contract price are required, due within 10 days of award. Work is restricted to normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) with 48-hour advance notice required for weekend or holiday work. The contract is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates (Wage Decision WA20260120).
