The contract is firm-fixed-price, awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to solicitation requirements.

Required supplies include FDA-approved, CDC-recommended Flucelvax Trivalent in pre-filled single-dose syringes, sterile gauze pads, band-aids, alcohol prep pads, safety-glide hypodermic needles (23G x 1"), disposable dental bibs, 3-layer disposable masks (750 total), powder-free nitrile gloves (large), and hand sanitizer. Vaccines must maintain a minimum nine-month shelf life from ship date and comply with manufacturer cold chain custody specifications throughout delivery. Offerors must submit a detailed cold chain custody plan, a contingency plan if cold chain requirements are not met, and references from at least two Government points of contact for previous flu vaccine contracts.

NAICS code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide active points of contact for the Dormant Account Review, Quarterly process.
