About this opportunity

The procurement is a total small business set-aside designated for women-owned small businesses (WOSB), awarded as a firm-fixed-price commercial contract.

The trailer, manufactured in July 2002 and measuring 24 feet wide by 60 feet long, must be moved from near Yah-Ta-Hey Junction in McKinley County, New Mexico (GPS coordinates 35.629609, -108.779830) to the San Juan Lateral River Intake Pumping Plant site at 3895 US-64, Fruitland, New Mexico in San Juan County. The contractor bears liability for damage to the trailer and non-Federal infrastructure. Period of performance is August 10 through September 10, 2026. The NAICS code is 484230 (Specialized Freight Trucking, Long-Distance) with a small business size standard of $34.0 million. Prevailing wage rates under the Service Contract Act apply (Wage Determination 2015-5445). Amendment 3, effective July 21, 2026, incorporated Questions and Answers through that date.
